Job Summary: The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling products and services offered by Hard Rock Cafe. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, representing the brand at events and promotions, and closing sales deals to meet or exceed targets. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and a deep understanding of the Hard Rock Cafe brand and its customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to increase business opportunities.
- Represent the Hard Rock Cafe at events and promotions to generate leads and promote products and services.
- Close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to inform sales efforts.
- Contribute to the overall success of the business by meeting or exceeding targets.
- Work closely with the GM to be responsive and hospitable to guest feedback from all sources, including social media and email.
- Exceed guests’ and clients’ expectations by planning and executing memorable, high-quality events.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales management experience with a proven track record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong online affine behavior as well as social media expertise.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer data.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Passion for sales, and a deep understanding of the Hard Rock Cafe brand and its customers
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of the restaurant and hospitality industry is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry sales materials and equipment up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
